A group travel agency ETUR equipped with IATA certification has started out its activities in 1993. Since its foundation, our company being aware of its mission for increase in customer portfolio by adopting high quality service consciousness, has included such ground services as destination transfers and tourism guidance to its structure by carrying out reservations for its connected domestic and foreign hotels and been keeping on growing day by day.

As of the year 2000, our company has prepared its own tour packages, in particular those for foreign countries and offered them successfully to its customers. As of the year 2004, our agency proceeding on its way by incorporating MICE services to the existing ones, has commenced to provide services to those corporate groups involved in meeting, incentive and seminar both inland and abroad and has succeeded turnkey solutions for organizations.

In this respect, as of the year 2004, ETUR has started to provide its customers with airline tickets of such cost-effective airlines as Atlas Jet, Pegasus, Sunexpress, Airberlin, Condor, Easy Jet, Blue Panaroma by acting in line with the changing balances in air transportation industry.

In 2005, ETUR has started a significant operation with Robinson Clubs, and till 2011 it became the sole authorized agent for domestic and foreign Robinson Hotels and demonstrated a significant improvement. In this brand new period, it switched over to preferential agent position from sole authorized agent position due to the change in international sales strategy of Robinson Club. Our company, adding Aman Resorts in 2008 to its portfolio already increased with Robinson Clubs, has widened continuously its service range and started program sales of the leading shipping companies in the same year.

ETUR has moved to its new office with contemporary look in 2009 as a result of this growth and change and is still keeping the same address. ETUR goes on to strengthen its position in the tourism industry owing to the facts such as quality service consciousness, customer-oriented approach, effective solution proposals, and organizations and events that can satisfy each and every expectations.
